選擇一樣你喜歡的食物,給自己一些時間細心觀察它。
細味與反思
細味食物的味道和質感。反思這食物經過多少人的付出才能到你手中,例如農夫、工人、售貨員等。
準備進食
注意食物的外觀、氣味,以及看到食物時口水分泌的感覺。慢慢將食物送到嘴邊,留意食物進入口中、咀嚼時的感覺,細細品嚐味道,再將食物吞下。
專注進食
以同樣方式細心進食,觀察與享受每一種感覺。
反思感受
完成進食後,感受食物是否留下一些回味。擴展覺察至整個身體,留意當下的身體感覺。
